Malwina Bieganowska

Malwina Bieganowska

School founder, vocal coach and pianist

Hi! I am the founder of Bieganowska Music Academy. I combine my experience as a vocalist, pianist, conductor and actress with a mindful, therapeutic approach to voice work.

I graduated from the Academy of Art in Szczecin with a Master of Arts in choral conducting and jazz vocal performance. I am a laureate of international vocal competitions and have performed alongside Mietek Szcześniak and as a support act for Krystyna Prońko. Charity work and art therapy are close to my heart, especially working with children in difficult situations. In my own method I combine the arts with elements of art therapy, helping students develop technique, breathing, interpretation and stage confidence.

I created an academy where children, teenagers and adults can discover their own voice in a warm, professional atmosphere.

Magda Panek

Magda Panek

Vocal coach and composer

Hello! My name is Magda Panek and I am a vocal coach, singer, composer and lyricist. Music is my greatest passion, and my mission is to help others discover their own healthy and unique voice.

I gained my experience over many years — as a participant of the 10th season of The Voice of Poland, a laureate of many international festivals, and a participant in numerous vocal workshops with specialists in singing, dubbing and musical theatre. As a vocalist I have worked with the Musicom label, and I am currently associated with Agora Digital, with whom I am working on new releases.

In my lessons I focus on an individual approach to every student. I help restore healthy voice function, balance the voice and develop vocal technique. I work on breathing, song interpretation and stage expression, and I offer songwriting consultations to help create original material. My goal is not only the technical development of a singer, but also finding their authenticity and confidence. As a psychology student, I approach voice work holistically, combining technical aspects with emotional expression.

I constantly develop my skills through trainings and courses such as “How to teach singing effectively” by the Mix Vocalists Association, Vocal Coach Trainings with Krzysztof Wojciechowski (levels I and II), and Conscious Breathing. In 2025 I completed the international Modern Vocal Training certification (level I).

Blanka Budnicka

Blanka Budnicka

Vocal coach

Hi! My name is Blanka Budnicka. I am a certified vocalist, a graduate of the pop vocal faculty at the F. Chopin State Music School Complex in Warsaw. Voice work is my passion, so I keep expanding my knowledge by taking part in numerous vocal and voice-over workshops and courses (including “Technique and Style” and “Vocal Pedagogy of the 21st Century”). I took part in the TV programme Szansa na sukces, where I received the first distinction, and I am a laureate and finalist of many national music festivals.

As a vocal coach, I focus above all on healthy, natural, free and conscious use of one's own voice, based on the Flow Phonation technique and the Lax Vox voice rehabilitation method.

Maryla Modzelan

Maryla Modzelan

Vocal coach and pianist

Hi! I am a vocalist, pianist, composer and performer, a graduate of pop vocal performance at the Academy of Music in Łódź. I have collaborated with artists such as Doda, Ten Typ Mes and Ania Szarmach.

A song I wrote promotes the 11th and 12th seasons of the famous TV show The Voice of Poland, and my voice welcomes listeners in the Radio Złote Przeboje jingle.

What can you expect in my lessons? Work on proper vocal and breathing technique, song interpretation, developing creativity and musicality, and building confidence. With piano students we perfect their playing skills. You can count on an individual approach in a kind, friendly and inspiring atmosphere.

Joanna Szczerkowska

Joanna Szczerkowska

Vocal coach, pianist, flautist

Hi! My name is Joanna Szczerkowska and I am a certified flautist and vocalist, a graduate of the classical faculty of the Feliks Nowowiejski State Music School Complex in Szczecin. I completed studies in transverse flute, classical piano and jazz vocal performance.

I have always had broad musical interests, which gave me the opportunity to perform at the Szczecin Philharmonic and win awards and distinctions in national flute and vocal competitions. Although my musical path was rooted in classical music, my desire for constant growth pushed me towards jazz singing — including a performance in the Szczecin Jazz 2023 project and vocal workshops with two-time Grammy nominee Jazzmeia Horn.

My approach to teaching is based on a relaxed, stress-free atmosphere and the joy of making music. I have a great passion for both singing and piano, and I want to share the language of music in a friendly, accessible way. After my lessons, no one should be afraid to play or sing — just have fun with music!

Julia Szarek

Julia Szarek

Singing and piano teacher

I am a vocalist and violinist, a lyricist and composer, and I create my own arrangements. I sing in the band Hulajdusza, where I combine folk music inspirations with modern jazz-electronic arrangements. I release solo singles and have performed at many concerts, festivals and cultural events. I am a laureate of the Centre for Artistic Education Competition in the pop and jazz vocal categories.

I hold a master's degree in musicology with a pedagogical profile from the Jagiellonian University. I completed a second-degree music school in jazz vocal performance and violin. I am currently developing my craft at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in jazz vocal performance, under the guidance of coaches such as Monika Urlik and Adam Sztaba.

In my teaching, I care about creating a friendly, stress-free space for growth. In lessons I work on healthy voice production, breathing, diction and interpretation, as well as reducing stage fright, building confidence and the joy of making music. I treat each student individually and adapt lessons to their needs and goals.

Mariia Plavshak

Mariia Plavshak

Pianist, piano teacher

Hi! My name is Mariia Plavshak and I am a pianist and piano teacher.

I have been involved in music since the age of 5. I graduated from the A. V. Nezhdanova Academy of Music in Odesa. I have taken part in numerous piano competitions, including the Richter competitions, and performed in the national and chamber orchestras at the academy.

In my lessons I combine technique with emotion. I teach not only correct playing, but also conscious listening and self-expression through music. I value an individual approach and an atmosphere that allows students to develop freely at the instrument.

My goal is for music to be not just a skill, but a space for self-expression.
