Piano lessons — adults and teenagers

From the very first lessons, students learn theory and practise at the same time. They learn exercises and simple two-hand pieces. In subsequent lessons we choose progressively more challenging material from film, classical and popular music. We expand learning with chords and accompaniments, and work with the pedal from the very beginning. We focus on practice. Piano lessons can be combined with singing.

Piano lessons — children

Children interact with the instrument from their very first lesson. They learn notes, their first sounds and simple pieces for one or two hands. We use our own method, drawing on a variety of approaches. We play, sing, improvise, paint, cut out and listen to music, so children never get bored and absorb musical knowledge more easily — knowledge essential for further learning. We use methods including Orff, Suzuki and Lidia Bajkowska.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to read music to start?

No. From the very first lesson students learn theory and play straight away — exercises and simple pieces.

Do I need a piano at home?

Not at the beginning. It is worth checking first whether piano lessons are right for you. If you decide to buy an instrument, we will advise you.

What are piano lessons for children like?

Children have contact with the instrument from the first lesson. We play, sing, improvise and learn through play, using methods such as Orff, Suzuki and Lidia Bajkowska.
